Ikara is a hand made doll 38 cm tall (15,50 inches).
Created by the spanish artist Sonia Verdu.
Her skin is pale and translucent (polimer clay) reinforced with strong polyurethane resin giving her skin a soft and very realistic touch while the underskin resin adds the necessary strenght for all the articulated possitions. Doll´s Craft have made up this new and unique way to combine the materials for their creations. The pieces are assembled by strong pieces of rubber and wire.
Ikara´s eyes are made by the artist in resin (snow color eyes) and her white hair is made of high quality mohair, her hair is not a wig. Her whole body is painted with delicate and small leaf symbol. The skin is painted with a pearlescent paint thermal.
